Very prompt delivery. New glass pitcher fits good, comes with top, a couple extra gadgets, new blade and plastic base, it is interchangeable with old metal base & blade. But the old top does not fit anymore. Happy with this purchase & the price. Thank you

I was very impressed with the price and the prompt delivery of my order. Unfortunately it was broken in many pieces. After informing Blender Parts USA with full details of my situation they promptly apologized and offered to send me a full replacement! I am awaiting that order hoping all is intact. Let it be noted they didn’t require pictures which I did try to attach of broken glass nor did they require me to return the broken product. I highly recommend this company for their rare replacement parts, pricing and outstanding customer service.
