Blade is compatible but feels like a lighter cheaper version of the stock part. Biggest complaint is the gasket does not stay secured to the blade

My Oster Fusion blender does not have a model number on it - nor does the booklet that came with it. I failed to notice the size of your replacement part, which is too small for my jar by at least an inch on the diameter. You are planning to charge me 18% of the cost of my purchase as a re-stocking charge and shipping by USPS would be $11, so I am going to throw away your products. Not happy.
I was about to toss $50 blender for the want of a 6$ part. It shipped quick, was as described, at the listed price, perfection by any other name is superfluous.
Emailed to see if the part I was ordering would fit correctly. I got an instant response saying someone would get back to me in 24 hrs. No response so I ordered the part in hopes it would fit. It does not. I then emailed to see what I had to do to get a refund since the cost was about $8.99 and they were going to charge a $3.99 restocking fee plus shipping costs. No response. Not sure what to do with them at this point.

I never received my product
I ordered these for my Oster Precise Blend 16 and they arrived today, suitably promptly. But they don't work. The point of a gasket is to provide a leak-proof seal, but when I tested these (three times) plain water leaked through within a minute. Between each test, I removed and re-installed the gaskets, making sure they were centered properly and that the parts were assembled to a tight fit. In all the years I've had this blender (at least 10 years, and perhaps longer) I've never had this problem, despite replacing the gaskets three times in the period. Very disappointing.
My husband and I were happy to find replacement blades for our Ninja Pro. It’s a workhorse of a blender/smoothie maker/ processor. We love it!
All the parts received were of the highest quality . Would definitely reorder when needed.

They didn’t fit
I called the company to see what I could do to no avail. I also emailed the company to no avail. So I’m very unhappy customer. Obviously no Customer Service.
I contacted customer service but am still waiting for a reply other than the automated reply that I got.
I would like to return this for a refund.

Lid looks like the original part. I was impressed by the timely as well as free shipping. I will use this vendor again if I need any other parts, and highly recommend them.
